Within the Health and Care Administration, we have full-time as the norm. This means that all permanent employees fundamentally have a full-time position. More information about what this means for this position will be provided during a possible interview. Personal assistants are exempt from the full-time norm.

We are now looking for a change leader who, during a temporary position of approximately 1.5 years, will take on the role of data protection coordinator in the Health and Care Administration. With us, you will play a key role in the work with information security, data protection, and secure digital governance. Job Description

You will:

  • support and inspire the organization in matters of data protection and information security
  • participate in and lead workshops, risk analyses, and information classification
  • contribute to the work with GDPR, NIS2, and secure information governance
  • collaborate with colleagues and other administrations to create a secure digital environment
  • handle administrative tasks related to personal data incidents and Article 30 registers.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience and a genuine interest in information security, data protection, and cybersecurity. You are curious, eager to learn, and develop in the field. You have a good ability to communicate and create engagement, and you express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. You have an educational background that provides a good understanding of information security and data protection, for example in IT, law, or social sciences. Relevant experience can weigh as heavily as formal education. It is an advantage if you have experience leading workshops and fostering participation, but the most important thing is that you have an interest and commitment to the field. Experience in information security work is also an advantage – we value drive and the willingness to contribute. We are looking for someone who is secure and stable with good self-awareness. You adapt your approach according to the situation and collaborate well with others by being attentive and flexible. You communicate clearly and listen actively. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively, set clear deadlines, and ensure they are met. You drive and implement changes with commitment and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with decisions, rules, and guidelines. Additionally, you are open to new ideas, develop, and contribute to creating an open and developing work environment.
